- Any business that offers public internet access — hotels, cafés, plazas — must retain user connection logs for two years under Law 5651. We meet that duty with BTK-approved logging appliances.
- Do you prepare a KVKK technical-measures document?
- Yes. We configure the firewall, segment the network and log access, then prepare the technical-measures document required under KVKK.
- Which firewall brands do you work with?
- Fortinet, Sophos, pfSense, OPNsense and MikroTik. We install the UTM / NGFW that fits the need and the budget.
- How long does hotel Wi-Fi and captive-portal setup take?
- For a mid-size hotel (50–150 rooms), installation including captive portal, PMS integration and 5651 logging usually takes 3–7 business days.
- Where do you provide service?
- Across Istanbul, on both sides of the city. Our office is in Esenyurt; surveys and on-site support cover the whole city.
- Do you also build websites and do SEO?
- Yes. Corporate website design, technical SEO, Google visibility and Google Business Profile setup are part of our work. Infrastructure and the digital storefront sit with the same team.
